Breath of Plein Air

We are planning a trip to Skamokawa, Washington to stay in the yurt. The dates are July 23 - 29th. The price is a very reasonable $15 a night. Bring your own food and each person is responsible for one breakfast and one dinner for the group. The yurt has electrity but no cooking facilities. Laura will bring her Coleman cook stove. For a list of suggested supplies to bring contact Laura. Plan to paint, paint and paint -- it is located right on the Columbia River. We are a group of artists in the Vancouver, Washington and Portland, Oregon area who enjoy painting plein air. We represent all skills levels from beginners to artists who have been creating for many years. We use various mediums - pastels, watercolor, acrylics and oil. We meet at outdoor locations in the area which are suggested by the group. Usually we spend about 4 hours painting. We give support to each other and make suggestions about our work. Everyone is welcome to come and paint with us.
